All purchases made through our Websites are facilitated and fulfilled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited or Paddle Payments Limited).
- Payment & Invoicing: When you purchase a digital course or subscription, Paddle acts as the seller of record for tax and accounting purposes. Paddle collects payment, applies relevant taxes (such as VAT/sales tax), and issues the official invoice or receipt.

3. Digital Content and Account Access
- License to Use: Upon purchasing a course or digital resource, Sketch Loose LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course materials for your personal, non-commercial education.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account details or allow third parties to access your course area.
- Platform Availability: We strive to keep our course platforms (
sketchloose.co.ukhosted on Podia andcourses.sketchloose.co.ukhosted on WordPress) accessible 24/7. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance, hosting outages, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience.
- 14-Day Guarantee: We offer a 14-day refund policy on our digital courses and membership subscriptions.
- How to Request a Refund: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you must email

Once a refund is issued, your access to the relevant course or community area will be revoked.
